-intense communitation with client

-plan, control, and close up to 4 projects simultaneously
-oversee Software Engineers
-supervision by SWB Operations Manager
-creates invoices independently
SR. PROJECT MANAGER
-plan, control, and close up to 4 projects simultaneously

-SRS writing when approved by Operations Manager
