We are very selective in our recruiting practices. Candidates from top ranked IT Universities around the world are required to pass a thorough examination. This process consists of one business interview and two technical interviews. Only candidates who pass all three interviews are invited to participate in a one week hands-on examination. Applicants who pass all stages of this process are presented to the partners of the company for final selection.
