Sebastian Baerend founded SWB Consulting, Inc. in 1999 in San Francisco, CA.  Prior to founding SWB, Sebastian was a Project Management Consultant for the Australian Consulting Firm CCI where his client accounts included SBC Global, Visa International, Kaiser Permanente and the UC Berkeley.  Before launching his career in the software industry in 1996 Sebastian was an accomplished Muay Thai Boxer with several national and international titles in his native Germany.

Nima Mahdjour
Vice President Operations

Nima Mahdjour oversees and constantly refines and improves the company's operations, namely the SRS writing, the project management, and the developement processes and staff. Prior to working with SWB he worked as a software developer on projects for companies such as IBM, Accenture, and for instituitions such as the Stevens Institute of Technology. Nima holds a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering from the University of Technology, Berlin and a Master's Degree in Technology Management from the Stevens Institute of Technology, NJ.

Peter Krmpotic
Director of SWB Germany, RFID Key Accounts Executive

Peter Krmpotic joined SWB in 2005.  After an intense management & technology training period at SWB's San Francisco headquarters he went on to take over the reigns of the company's German offices.  Prior to joining SWB Peter served as a Management Consultant for Deutsche Telecom where he was responsible for clients such as Daimler Chrysler and the German Military - focusing primarily on RFID technology implementations.  Peter holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Karlsruhe, Germany.
